This half-century will be celebrated with two anniversary evenings at the Grand Rex, on September 30 and October 1, featuring a concert by Michel Legrand, surprises, and a screening of the film in a restored version. To take part in this event, Ecoutez le cinéma! offers an "ultimate" box set of Les Demoiselles, in the form of a bet: to bring together all possible and imaginable versions of this original soundtrack that transcends time. Finally, a last CD offers a tsunami of covers by artists from different cultures and generations, from the "salsified" Twins by Colombian Yuri Buenaventura to the incandescent trio of Bill Evans on Maxence's Song, including Natalie Dessay, the Brigitte, or the young pop group Superets, winner of inRockLab 2013. In addition to the 5 CDs, a luxurious 40-page booklet, with an interview with Michel Legrand and previously unseen archival photos, specially digitized for the occasion.
