There are guitar gods, and then there is Michael Schenker. From his early days with Scorpions, through his time with the British band UFO, to the formation of the Michael Schenker Group in 1979, Schenker has always been a benchmark among the great guitarists of Hard Rock and Metal. Decades later, the Michael Schenker Group remains the primary vehicle for his uncompromising artistic vision, and "Don't Sell Your Soul" is its latest manifestation. This new album features Michael Schenker alongside his longtime accomplices: drummer Bodo Schopf, bassist Barend Courbois, and Steve Mann on keyboards. On vocals: the impeccable Erik Gronwall, without a doubt one of the best Rock voices of his generation and former singer of Skid Row. Guest vocalists Robin McAuley, Dimitri "Lia" Liapakis, and Michael Voss complete the lineup. "Don't Sell Your Soul" is the second installment of a trilogy recorded during the same period. The first album, "My Years with UFO," was followed by a sold-out tour and marked Schenker's triumphant return to his roots. Before the final chapter planned for 2026, "Don't Sell Your Soul" reminds us that Michael Schenker is fitter and more talented than ever!
