Maxim Rysanov is a Russian violinist whose international career was launched after receiving a Gramophon Award in 2008. He is also an arranger and conductor. As a true lover of Schubert's music, he wanted to celebrate the 220th anniversary of his birth (in 1797) with a program featuring pieces by the composer paired with contemporary compositions inspired by Schubert's music.
