Description

Mat Bastard, iconic leader of the rock band Skip The Use, is already well known in France with over 200,000 albums sold and hundreds of live performances in just a few years. In 2017, this stage beast returns to present his first solo album LOOV. The first single 'More Than Friends' is a collaboration with the young band from northern France: A-VOX, winners of the Mainsquare contest in 2015. Mat Bastard will also play one of the main roles in the animated film Zombillenium (based on the comic by Arthur de Pins), nominated in Cannes this year, and expected in theaters for next Halloween. He will lend his voice to one of the heroes of the story and 3 tracks from the album will be featured in the film. Mat will therefore be present on the steps of Cannes this year to present his character as well as his new album.
