Tulips

Description

Tulips: Inspired by the soundtracks of Italian cinema - think Morricone, Umiliani and Alessandroni - Maston conceived the entire Tulips project as a continuation of those revered works. Frank designed the artwork and made two 16 mm films to accompany the music: "It wasn't just the record... it was the whole vibe I was trying to create. I wasn't really trying to imitate the things that had influenced me, but rather to make something that could sit next to those records on a shelf. I'm still very proud of this project."
