Since 2002, Rebeka Warrior, night poet, day producer, and Carla Pallone, composer, baroque violinist turned multi-instrumentalist, have formed Mansfield TYA. While we previously knew the sensitive world of Mansfield.TYA: sense of melody, melancholy, and minimalism, today, the band returns with a poetic New Wave ode. With "Monument Ordinaire," Rebeka and Carla create their fifth album: 45 minutes of life and death, poetry carved from rock imagined as lyrics by Master Dogen (Japanese philosopher and poet) over simple and catchy melodies by Jacno. Note the 2 features on 2 tracks: Odezenne and Fanfan the singer from Bérurier Noir.
