Mal Devisa is the musical, expressive, and poetic project of multi-talented artist Deja Carr. Launched in 2014 and revealed to the public with the album Kiid in 2016, Mal Devisa explores a wide range of sounds, from deep and intense rock to interior monologues, and uninhibited hip-hop. Known for her captivating and inimitable voice and her powerful rhythmic compositions, based on loops and strong basslines, Carr also excels in spoken word and music production. She also aspires to create a youth foundation and an Afrobeat orchestra.
