After already teasing three of the tracks during her last tour, GRAMMY-nominated composer, producer, and performer Maggie Rogers will release 'Don't Forget Me', her third studio album. About this album, written in just five days, she explains: "Some of the stories on this album are mine. And for the first time, some are not. The moments that are mine feel like memories — glimpses of college, details from when I was 18, 22, 28 (I'm 29 now). By writing the album sequentially, a character emerged. I started imagining a girl on a road trip through the southern and western United States." About the audio, Maggie Rogers says: "Most of the performances you'll hear are first takes. The recordings were originally a collection of demos meant to be re-recorded with a band. I think that's how everything took shape. I thought we were just playing, shaking hands musically for the first time. We got back together in March to try to improve the arrangements, but every time we tried to change them, we felt like we were losing something. Listening back, we realized that letting go of the pressure allowed us to let down our guard and pretensions in the studio, which gave us a lot of character and heart." Maggie Rogers released her first EP 'Now That The Light Is Fading' in 2017. Widely hailed as an artist to watch, Maggie Rogers released her debut album 'Heard It In A Past Life' in January 2019 and achieved meteoric success: entering at number one on the Billboard Top Album Sales chart and number two on the Billboard 200, the album received rave reviews and earned her a nomination in the "Best New Artist" category at the 62nd GRAMMY Awards. Now certified gold, the album contains the platinum hits "Light On" and "Alaska" and has amassed over one billion streams worldwide. In 2022, Rogers released her second album, 'Surrender' and embarked on two sold-out tours across Europe and North America.
