Description

Matthieu Chedid's first album, or rather that of his alter ego at the time, the character "-M-", reveals his burgeoning universe inspired by "L'Onde sensuelle": many lyrical songs with a childlike atmosphere ("Nostalgique du cool"). The bass and guitars are already very present, and rhythmic songs ("Machistador", "Souvenir du futur") stand alongside calmer tracks ("La Fleur"). -M- notably showcased this album and his stage talents by opening for Louise Attaque's 1998 tour concerts.
