Sensual, rhythmic, and hypnotic: the new album Hebade by LOWLY is unique and difficult to categorize. The Danish group describes its music as "noise-pop" thanks to the multiple touches of synthesizers and guitar that beautifully dress the sweet voices of Nanna Schannong and Soffie Viemose. Heba, the title of the album, refers to the frustration that the group feels regarding Europe's inability to help war-torn countries and their inhabitants trying to escape. Thus, while LOWLY is not a politically engaged group, its members still wish to offer pieces rich in emotion and present a delicate and melodic album.
