{"product_id":"low_double-negative-digipack_2018","title":"Double Negative Digipack","description":"With 25 years of experience, Low will release \"Double Negative\" on September 14, their boldest and most abrasive album (and paradoxically the most stimulating). In anticipation of the album's release, Low is sharing a 15-minute video in three parts today that showcases the first three tracks of the album. Each clip can also be viewed independently. To record \"Double Negative,\" Low once again called on B.J. Burton, the producer who has worked with Bon Iver, Lizzo, and Francis and the Lights. Low returned to Justin Vernon's studio in Eau Claire, Wisconsin (where the band had previously recorded \"Ones and Sixies\" in 2015); Alan Sparhawk, Mimi Parker, and bassist Steve Garrington knew where they wanted to go with Burton and his sound palette: according to Sparhawk, they wanted to see what a \"hip-hop guy\" could do with their music. Rather than writing the album and rehearsing at home in Duluth, Minnesota, they wanted to arrive in Eau Claire with sketches and ideas to refine in the studio with Burton. The band and the producer ended up collaborating to write this album, assembling the pieces until everything was perfect. The album cover for \"Double Negative\" was created by English artist Peter Liversidge, who is their long-time collaborator.","brand":"Low","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":58000426271064,"sku":null,"price":20180901.0,"currency_code":"EUR","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0898\/4943\/0360\/files\/0098787125023.jpg?v=1787092365","url":"https:\/\/vinyles.com\/en\/products\/low_double-negative-digipack_2018","provider":"Vinyles.com","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
