Yes, little Louise is in the midst of a crisis, a crisis of doubts, an unavoidable crisis evoking the transition to adulthood, where resignation and anger intertwine without ever really finding an answer to this sudden fear of feeling trapped by others and by oneself. Living “Sans Filet,” in total “Intranquilité,” taking new risks every day, that’s how Louise envisions her future, and certainly not “vacuum-sealed” to protect herself from splits (“Pour un oui, pour un non”). Thus, Louise Attaque seems to be on the brink of breaking apart, ready to sabotage itself to avoid ending up as a bitter old rock band, determined to sing the same hit for 20 years.
