"Los Wembler's de Iquitos is the legendary group from the Peruvian Amazon, creators of Amazonian Cumbia and Peruvian chicha, discovered on the compilation The Roots of Chicha, original authors of two of the most emblematic tracks of the genre: Sonido Amazonico and La Danza de los Mirlos (both covered by Los Mirlos). Vision de l'Ayahuasca is the album produced for the anniversary of their 50-year career - in 2018 - and which, after the death of three of the brothers due to COVID, became their final testament. An album made of new original compositions, as groovy and as psychedelic as their productions from the 70s. Their last masterpiece.
