{"product_id":"lonnie-mack_live-from-louisville_2026_soc","title":"LIVE FROM LOUISVILLE","description":"\"Live From Louisville\" is Lonnie's first commercial album since 1990. Recorded live on the radio before an enthusiastic audience in July 1992, it followed the release of the album \"Live! Attack of the Killer V.\" This concert features four tracks from that album in extended and unreleased versions: \"Camp Washington Chili\/If You Have To Know,\" \"Satisfy Suzie,\" \"Stop,\" and \"Cincinnati Jail,\" an autobiographical song written by Lonnie himself. He also performs a medley of his 1963 hits, \"Memphis\" and \"Wham,\" as well as acoustic guitar-and-vocal versions of \"Oreo Cookie Blues\" and \"Tough On Me, Tough On You.\" This concert, lasting just under an hour, offers a rare glimpse into the raw intensity of one of the many stunning performances Lonnie regularly gave on stage at that time, allowing the audience to feel what it was like to be there. As was often the case back then, live radio recordings didn't use many microphones, but this one was found and restored to the best possible extent, and is now an integral part of this rich heritage. Lonnie is accompanied on this recording by Louisville native Jeff McAllister on drums. This drummer played with Lonnie intermittently for many years. Denzil \"Dumpy\" Rice is on piano and keyboards. Dumpy played with Lonnie since 1957, long before his time at Fraternity Records. A successful songwriter, he was an internationally renowned pianist, as evidenced by this recording. Bucky Lindsey is on bass and vocals.","brand":"Lonnie Mack","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":56383655215448,"sku":null,"price":20260206.0,"currency_code":"EUR","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0898\/4943\/0360\/files\/5065023660278.jpg?v=1769712630","url":"https:\/\/vinyles.com\/en\/products\/lonnie-mack_live-from-louisville_2026_soc","provider":"Vinyles.com","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
