Description

Chrysalis is Joon Moon’s second album, featuring Liv Warfield of the New Power Generation, a protégé of Prince, on vocals. With Joon Moon, Julien Decoret, producer and musician for Nouvelle Vague, crosses the Atlantic and travels through time: he creates a musical universe inspired by the golden age of soul music, blended with classical orchestrations and rearranged with a modern pop sensibility. A multitude of instruments breathe life into this rare creation. Joon Moon’s ‘Chrysalis’ vinyl will be released in 2022, featuring the voice of Liv Warfield, former NPG member and Prince protégé, who also appears on the posthumous album Welcome 2 America, due out in June.
