20 years after its release, Rough Trade is re-releasing Life Without Buildings’ ‘Any Other City’. Released on Tugboat Records (a Rough Trade affiliate) in February 2001, it is the band's only album. Life Without Buildings formed in Glasgow in 1999 before disbanding shortly after in 2002. What remains is ‘Any Other City’, cited by many musicians as a major influence and great source of inspiration.
