Les Wampas are back with "Sauvre le Monde", their new studio album, for which they decided to pull out all the stops. Just look: it was recorded and mixed by American sound engineer Jim Diamond (The White Stripes) at the legendary ICP studios, and produced by the talented Lionel from Les Limiñanas. He perfectly highlighted the 14 Rock'n'Roll / Punk / Garage / Yéyé compositions of the band, which tackle, as is always the case, very varied themes. Space conquest with "Les chinois vont sur la Lune", the ever-present politics in our lives ("C'est politiqe"), Sacha Distel ("The secret life of Sacha Distel"), or fake news ("la NASA nous ment"). Sauvre le Monde is a stunning album, where the music of the Wampas has rarely sounded so good!
