LES SANS PATTES is the rock band of the visual artist & French painter ROBERT COMBAS (a global reference in contemporary painting, and creator of the "free figuration" movement) & LUCAS MANCIONE. Both are from Sète, jack-of-all-trades, self-taught, multi-instrumentalists who are both rigorous and crazy. Music saved their lives when they were young. They are "the without paws" because, no paws in their hair. They are no longer very young, Robert much less so than Lucas. So there is urgency. Urgency to create, to say, to scream, to explore the insane domains. They are visual artists, musicians, videographers, actors, performers.. They have an eclectic repertoire rich in over 100 songs. No limits: we go from rock to techno, from love songs to punk... For the first time their music is available, in the form of a collector's edition CD + DVD, of 5 songs and 5 video creations. The release of this first commercialized musical work is accompanied by a live performance in Paris/Palia sde Tokyo during the exhibition of Michel Houellebecq which will begin on June 24.
