Description

Les Rita Mitsouko left their mark on French music history. The duo Catherine Ringer - Fred Chichin formed in 1979 and released their first album, Rita Mitsouko, in 1985, from which the 4th single "Marcia Baïla" became the hit we all know. With their 2nd album, The No Comprendo (1986, remember: "Andy", "C'est comme ça", "Les Histoires d'A "...), Les Rita Mitsouko became a phenomenon and an iconic band for three decades, reinventing themselves with each album, creating a rare connection between the world of artistic avant-garde and popular music. This continued until 2007 with Variéty, a year sadly marked by Fred Chichin's death. In 2019, Catherine Ringer delved back into Les Rita Mitsouko's work, finally remastered and exhaustively re-examined under her supervision. Catherine Ringer will promote this campaign and tour France, singing Les Rita Mitsouko's songs starting September 24th. Find 4 remastered albums in 140-gram black vinyl edition (including the album's CD).
