Lol Tolhurst (The Cure), Budgie (Siouxie and the Banshees, The Creatures) and producer Jacknife Lee (U2, R.E.M) present their first collaborative album titled Los Angeles. Los Angeles is a journey into the dark heart of contemporary LaLaLand, a place of limitless possibilities, but also a sick, consumerist hell, where chimeric dreams are shattered, racial inequalities prevail and the homeless spiral endlessly downwards. The result is an album of 13 powerful tracks built on unparalleled rhythmic expertise, embellished with an arsenal of synths and guitars, often layered with strings and brass, then twisted, manipulated and masterfully sculpted by super-producer Lee.
