The album "Age tendre et Gueule de Bois" in a way. It rocks, it's soft, beautiful, in French, and it grabs you, heart pounding. When Laure dives into the subject, we pass through the mirror, and in cinematic sequences we taste her realities: boredom, obsessions, romanticism, melancholy (that of solitude in the middle of a ballroom). But if this material is pale, it nonetheless shines with joyful bursts. La Briard surrounded herself one day with wonderful boys (12 of them, no less). They compose and record together an album that is danceable and comforting, but sometimes serious and on the edge of the absurd. It is for Sundays spent sitting on the windowsill, or for getting ready for a party night. It sends us now into the mist, now to the bottom of the water or diagonally into glitter, always with the voice and words backed by a bewitching threat. Class and gentleness, with a hint of insolence.
