Description
Rising Cloud Orchestra is an alternative music band formed in 2011 by its singer Jean Barisien. A true sound laboratory, the quintet has forged a singular, lyrical, and powerful sound over the years, on the edge of avant-garde folk, psychedelic rock, and contemporary music. Major influences include Bill Callahan's alt-country, Can's krautrock, and Charles Mingus's music.
