{"product_id":"kelley-stoltz_la-fleur_2024_lba","title":"La Fleur","description":"Between outside musical projects, turning 50, and becoming a father for the first time, San Francisco psych-pop legend Kelley Stoltz has spent the last two years writing and recording his 18th album, \"La Fleur.\" \"La Fleur\" finds Stoltz once again playing nearly every instrument on the album — though a new friendship with pop guru Jason Falkner led Falkner to appear on two songs. There are the requisite 60s and 80s pop rock confections that Stoltz favors, with a new emphasis on outside vocals and perhaps slightly brighter production. Pandemic-era blues, politics, and fatherhood are the lyrical touchstones throughout. Over the 2010s, Kelley performed live as a sideman with Rodriguez and Echo \u0026amp; the Bunnymen; at the dawn of the 2020s, he was invited to support Pavement on their big reunion tour. He has also been heard playing live drums with Robyn Hitchcock and adding sitar to Hitchcock's last two albums. As a producer, he recorded the new album by Brigid Dawson, formerly of the Ohsees. Stoltz is still one of a kind. An unsung hero, always after all those superb songs that deserve more. Hop on board — as always, it's quite nice here.","brand":"Kelley Stoltz","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":57469681533272,"sku":null,"price":20240607.0,"currency_code":"EUR","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0898\/4943\/0360\/files\/5061041820069.jpg?v=1780872368","url":"https:\/\/vinyles.com\/en\/products\/kelley-stoltz_la-fleur_2024_lba","provider":"Vinyles.com","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
