Just Jack is back with a dazzling new album set to be released on April 6: "All Night Cinema," produced by Mercury, following the success of his hit album: "Overtones." "All Night Cinema" showcases Just Jack at the height of his art. Produced and almost entirely written by Jack (with co-production again by Jay Reynolds), this album presents a blend of genres filled with catchy, engaging, and infectious chords. In England, his first single goes straight to Radio 1 upon its radio send-off... The new album includes impactful and unequivocal pop tracks, providing a backdrop for Jack's sharp lines and subtle observations. Lyrically, he surprises us by talking about everything, from the sublime to the ordinary, eloquently depicting life in England in his uniquely inimitable way. "All Night Cinema" boasts eleven songs, with the lead single and first track "Embers" setting the tone for the album. "Embers" is supported by layered sounds and strings that beautifully highlight the feelings and lyrics of the track. "All Night Cinema" evokes and creates its very personal story throughout each song, generating a musical dazzlement. From "253": a nighttime bus journey mixed with a harmonica hook reminiscent of Van Morrison; to "The Day I Died": a beautifully stripped-back and thoughtful track featuring a shimmering melody and cultural snapshots of everyday life. "Doctor Doctor" is another highlight of the album, reminding us why Jack has carved out a place among the new avant-garde artists of the British scene. "Embers" has already been played on Radio One by Sarah Cox and Pete Tong, as well as by Lily Allen, who recently intervened with Zane Lowe. This triumphant return seems to foreshadow the same fate as previous successful singles: "Writers Block" and "Starz In Their Eyes," which both reached number 2 on the charts and are included in Jack's double platinum album: "Overtones."
