On December 8, 2019, the music world was shocked to learn of the death of Juice WRLD at just 21 years old. In four years, the Chicago artist had managed to leave his mark on the hip-hop scene. His family and label decided to create a charity and announce the release of new tracks to the delight of his fans. After the release of the first posthumous track 'Righteous', Juice WRLD's family unveiled 'Tell Me U Luv Me', a song with Trippie Redd. Produced by Nick Mira and OK Tanner of Internet Money, the track is accompanied by a music video directed by Cole Bennett.
These two songs are featured on the posthumous album *Legends Never Die*, released on July 17, 2020, which includes collaborations with The Weeknd, Halsey & Marshmello. The album had the best debut of the year in the United States, with 497,000 equivalent units sold in its first week. 17 of its tracks charted on the Billboard Hot 100, with five reaching the top 10. Juice WRLD is only the third artist to achieve this feat, behind The Beatles and Drake. It is also the biggest success for a posthumous album in the last 20 years.
