Jordan Rakeï presents his album Late Night Tales: “I wanted to try to showcase as many people as I knew on this mix. My idea for Late Night Tales was to distill a series of relaxing moments, a sound conducive to relaxation. So, I was trying to think of all the collaborators and friends I knew who had recorded tracks with this ‘vibe’. Additionally, I was also trying to help my friends: I know the story of Khruangbin, who exploded after their track in one of the previous Late Night Tales albums. The main idea was therefore to create a certain atmosphere, but also to help some of my favorite collaborators and musical partners, in order to give their superb songs a little boost around the world.” The tracklist includes several unreleased tracks from Jordan as well as an exclusive cover of a song by Jeff Buckley.
