Part of the extensive "Joni Mitchell Archives Series" project, this 5-LP, 180-gram box set (limited to 20,000 copies) features Bernie Grundman's remastered versions of the albums "For The Roses" (1972), "Court And Spark" (1974), "Miles Of Aisles" (1974 double-live album), and "The Hissing Of Summer Lawns" (1975). By joining Asylum Records in 1972, Joni Mitchell decided to explore new musical directions, integrating jazz elements into her folk and pop compositions. This box set, whose cover is illustrated by an unpublished painting by Joni Mitchell and which also contains an essay by her friend and compatriot Neil Young, bears witness to this evolution, including essential songs such as "You Turn Me On, I'm A Radio", "Free Man In Paris", "Raised On Robbery", and "In France They Kiss On Main Street".
