This live recording from October 1965 in Toulouse comes at a crucial period in Johnny Hallyday's career, as his 15 months of military service had kept him away from the stage. Before the arrival of Tommy Brown, Micky Jones, and the Blackburds, the band accompanying him already featured a strong Anglo-Saxon presence, notably with guitarist Johnny Taylor, who had played with Vince Taylor.
