The album begins with 'simple' improvised musical pieces taken from live performances at Lady Mitchell Hall at Cambridge University in 1969. Side B was recorded in a patient's hospital room at Queen Charlotte Hospital in London, also in 1969. In the limited edition LP, on white colored vinyl.
