Donnie and Joe Emmerson are two brothers who grew up on a farm in Fruitland, a small town in Washington State. There, in their private studio, they recorded their first album, *Dreamin Wild*. With the help of their parents, they were able to fulfill their dream of releasing an album. But it put the family farm at risk, bringing Donnie back to managing the estate and Joe to his solo career. Thirty years later, it was finally Jack Fleisher who would buy their vinyl for $5 and (re)give it life. Supported by the *New York Times* and *Pitchfork*, the discovery of this first album led to its re-release on Light In The Attic, but above all to the release of this second album, comprising a dozen unreleased tracks recorded over two and a half years, still on their farm. *Still Dreamin Wild: The Lost Recordings 1979-81* is a gem lost for too long that will delight your ears with synthesizer sounds, melodious lyrics, power pop, and new wave.
