After releasing her first EP 'Vénus' in early 2020, JOANNA, author of "Séduction", will present 'Sérotonine', her very first album. In this 14-track project, JOANNA, a pop poetess with a siren's voice, describes the movements of the soul that drive romantic relationships. Plural and enchanting, her universe unfolds here and refuses any categorization. Accompanied by beatmakers KCIV, Louis Dureau, Majeur Mineur, Skuna and Sutus, the Rennes-based singer-songwriter formulates a musical proposition in her first opus. 'Sérotonine' is listened to chapter by chapter, like following a novelistic and romantic plot. To the rhythm of the artist's flows and beats that are sometimes electronic, pop, trap or R&B, molecules jostle, blood rushes, and the happiness hormone becomes ecstasy before fading delicately. In this musical drama, JOANNA invites the listener into a narrative where French chanson knows only one form, the one she gives it, and where the chorus of past loves becomes just one voice, her own.
