A multi-instrumentalist, author, composer, conductor, and arranger, Joachim Horsley is above all an outstanding American pianist who uses his favorite instrument to take his audience beyond all musical boundaries.
After composing the soundtracks for "Ouija," "The Possession," and "Rabbit Hole," and collaborating with artists such as John Legend and Michael Bublé, Joachim Horsley unveils his ambitious solo project: arranging and reinterpreting the works of classical music's greatest composers with Cuban sounds. Beethoven's and Shostakovich's symphonies dance to rumba rhythms, while the works of Mahler and Rimsky-Korsakov strut to Latin jazz tunes, offering the audience a vibrant and inspired encounter with Havana.
While his first EP "Via Havana" is already available, Joachim Horsley is preparing to release his first album in early 2019.
