John Lennon, The Clash, and even Beyoncé have recorded albums at Electric Lady Studios. This documentary also includes never-before-seen footage and photos, as well as 38 unreleased tracks recorded in this mythical studio. The project also includes 20 new 5.1 surround sound mixes of the entire album First Rays Of The New Rising Sun, along with three bonus tracks ["Valleys Of Neptune", "Pali Gap" and "Lover Man"]. Available on September 13, 2024 in 3 CD or 5 LP formats, both complemented by a Blu-ray version of the documentary. 3CD+blu-ray version: Electric Lady Studios: A Jimi Hendrix Vision is the latest in-depth project from Experience Hendrix, comprising 3CD/1 Blu-Ray of unreleased music that Jimi Hendrix recorded in his new recording studio in 1970. The deluxe box set features 39 tracks (including 38 unreleased) that were recorded by the new Experience group (Billy Cox on bass, Mitch Mitchell on drums) at Electric Lady Studios between June and August 1970, just before the legendary musician's untimely death the following month.
