Morphing Landscapes approaches Bach not as a relic, but as a sound material to be transfigured. The pages of Bach, placed alongside the tribute to Eugène Bozza, undergo a metamorphosis entrusted to the trombone and a constellation of keyboards including the piano, Hammond, Rhodes, and Wurlitzer. The project is particularly innovative as it shifts the focus from transcription to the idea of a changing timbral landscape: mute sounds, electric blends, and spontaneous dialogues redefine the profile of Baroque and 20th-century memory. The result is a border-crossing journey where historical continuity manifests through the incessant transformation of sound and listening, within a mobile and visionary sound geography.
