The return of Jean-Marc Luisada to the record is always an event: let us remember that we are in the presence of one of the greatest poets of French piano, whose refined, introspective playing and extreme stylistic finesse elevate him to the level of the best interpreters of romantic music today. A very beautiful program for his new recording dedicated to Franz Schubert, featuring one of his favorite repertoires: the splendid "Quintet The Trout" first, one of his most emblematic and well-known works, which we are fortunate to hear here with the members of the excellent Modigliani Quartet and Christophe Dinault, (soloist of the Orchestre Philharmonique de Radio France (double bass). The other more intimate and introspective side of his catalog, with this "Impromptu in A flat" and the "Sonata in A minor," that of 1817, (the author will write two more in the same key) wisely completes the program.
