Jean-Louis Trintignant and Daniel Mille, it's a tango that has lasted for more than ten years. For this new joint project, certainly the most ambitious, the actor comes to weave his favorite libertarian poems into the magnificent orchestrations that the accordionist has made of Piazzolla's music. The Argentine composer transcended the tango to leave behind a timeless work. Daniel Mille makes us rediscover all the humanity of this music that is both scholarly and popular, in an instrumentation sublimated by the sensuality of the strings. This album "Trintignant/Mille/Piazzolla" is the complete testimony of the concert given at studio 104 of the Maison de la Radio on January 28, 2018. This project, which the artists have performed several times on stage before deciding to record it, is also one of the very rare artistic creations of the actor Jean-Louis Trintignant today, the mythical actor whose voice timbre and slight irony of tone have not changed despite the years. He chose this project, carrying the precise words that touch him today, in an unforgettable artistic twilight.
