More than once, Feelings by Jay Richford and Gary Stevan has been described as the best library music album ever released. Of course, Be With can't afford to have favorites, but it must be admitted that this one is truly excellent. Extremely rare and highly sought after, it is a masterpiece of gritty funk and urban jazz, coveted for years by collectors from all musical backgrounds.Since its original release on the Italian label Carosello in 1974, Feelings has appeared on several labels, with different covers and even under a different artist name. The famous library music label Conroy even released it in 1976 in one of its iconic red sleeves. And yes, Feelings has had several modern reissues since those early "original" versions. But such an exceptional record deserves to be kept in circulation, and in our opinion, it deserves the Be With treatment.
