Transatlantic R.P.M. is the 14th studio album by Incognito, released in 2010. Produced by founder Jean-Paul "Bluey" Maunick, this album celebrates 30 years of the band's career in the music industry and represents one of the group's most accomplished blends of jazz-funk, soul, acid jazz, Brazilian influences, and sophisticated R&B. Bluey described this album as a celebration of everything the band has learned over these three decades. The title Transatlantic R.P.M. reflects both the musical dialogue between Great Britain and the United States, as well as the groove-oriented nature of this recording. One of the highlights of the album lies in its impressive list of guest singers, including Chaka Khan, Mario Biondi, Maysa, Tony Momrelle, Joy Rose, and Leon Ware. Recorded in several studios in London and Los Angeles, the album brings together musicians from both sides of the Atlantic.
