As I grew up, I grasped that we were capable of discussing the same subjects, of agreeing with each other in many areas, without necessarily having the same perception of things. And sometimes, conversely, there could be profound disagreements even though the essential ideas were common. Magicians, for example, are extremely skilled at making us visualize this antagonism by making our desire appear as reality. We know they \"cheat,\" and yet, we continue to believe in it, ignoring the subterfuge because we enjoy the show. This magic in my small inner world materializes through music. How to share my view of the world with the people around me? I have a feeling that music can answer this question. And I wanted this album to be festive and full of positive energy so that there would be a real difference between the subject matter, which is quite serious in this instance, and the music we listen to, in order to clearly understand this notion of perception and thus reduce the distortion between the different perspectives we have on things. For me, for example, when I experience a happy moment, it is often at that very moment that my thoughts are the most nostalgic, and conversely, when I experience complex and sad moments, my soul, to protect itself and by instinct of survival, pushes me to dance and party so as not to sink. This album begins with the most dramatic point of view of things: cynicism.
