Description

This new album is geared towards more intense and urban songs and music. The album's particularity is its more synthetic nature, with a modern, sonic, and melodic production, rooted in a contemporary contemplation of our society. These 11 new tracks are presented with a decidedly more current feel, featuring diversified arrangements and soundscapes that guide us towards new contrasts and sounds, with sustained electric guitar riffs from McManus and Igor's deep voice. These various tracks reflect a pessimistic view of our society but always with a glimmer of hope. In this 4th album, we find numerous influences from artists the duo has listened to since their beginnings, such as David Bowie, Roxy Music, The Beatles, Blue Oyster Cult, as well as instrumental music (Philip Glass, Brian Eno). The rhythmic foundation is brilliantly mastered by drummer Philippe Jeoffroy, with Igor on bass this time.
