{"product_id":"htrk_marry-me-tonight-vinyle-rose-noir_2025_mdl","title":"Marry Me Tonight - Vinyle Rose \u0026 Noir","description":"HTRK begin their 21st year of existence by launching a series of collaborations, covers\/remixes and performances, as well as a new reissue of their debut album, Marry Me Tonight. First released in 2009 via Blast First Petite, the album was first pressed in 2015 via Ghostly International and has since been out of print. Few bands in history have elevated mood to such singular and scorching supremacy as the Australian duo of Jonnine Standish and Nigel Yang, aka HTRK (“hate rock”). In HTRK’s sonic universe, cavernous dub techno reverberations are blended with frosted post-punk motifs and the gritty imperfections of industrial, reimagined in a grimy basement. Like all HTRK albums, Marry Me Tonight is unique in sound and circumstance. It’s the only album the band recorded from start to finish as a trio, and it’s the only HTRK record co-produced by Rowland S. Howard. Breathing, caustic, and full of contradiction, Marry Me Tonight takes the raw material recorded on Nostalgia in 2005 and transforms it into a pop record – a pop that warped before the eyes of Howard, Lindsay Gravina, and the HTRK trio: Jonnine Standish, Nigel Yang and Sean Stewart. Howard passed away at the end of 2009, Stewart the following year. As a trio, this is their definitive document. Pressed on pink and black vinyl.","brand":"HTRK","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":55311975809368,"sku":null,"price":20250207.0,"currency_code":"EUR","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0898\/4943\/0360\/files\/0804297823034.jpg?v=1760407366","url":"https:\/\/vinyles.com\/en\/products\/htrk_marry-me-tonight-vinyle-rose-noir_2025_mdl","provider":"Vinyles.com","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
