Oklahoma City-based, Texas-born fingerstyle guitarist Hayden Pedigo announces his new album *I'll Be Waving As You Drive Away*, due out June 6 via Mexican Summer. Since the release of 2023’s *The Happiest Times I Ever Ignored*, Pedigo has toured alongside artists like Jenny Lewis and Devendra Banhart. He wrote this album during an artist residency on a Wyoming ranch. The album, the final installment of his *The Motor Trilogy*, is a unique blend of instrumental Americana and psychedelia. Pedigo describes it as "a microdose LSD album listened to on a Fahey record." This project resists genres and pushes the boundaries of instrumental music.
