Waxwork Records is thrilled to announce the double vinyl release of the soundtrack for the television series SALEM'S LOT (1979). Directed by Tobe Hooper (The Texas Chain Saw Massacre, Poltergeist) and adapted from Stephen King's novel, SALEM'S LOT first aired as a two-part miniseries on CBS in 1979. Since then, the film has become a cult classic and is considered one of the greatest vampire films ever made, thanks to its eerie atmosphere, gripping storyline, and terrifying conclusion. Waxwork Records presents the complete remastered soundtrack of SALEM'S LOT (1979). This double album includes all 84 tracks from the film and offers over an hour of atmospheric, classic horror music. Composed and conducted by Harry Sukman, the classical score for SALEM'S LOT was his final work before his passing in 1984. Waxwork has commissioned new artwork from Ruiz Burgos for this special double vinyl reissue. This deluxe set includes a double 180-gram iridescent blue vinyl, a thick gatefold jacket with a matte satin finish and a die-cut back with a clear PVC window, as well as a printed inner sleeve.
