Description

After an EP, two albums and a marathon world tour, Grand Blanc decided to take their time. Time to recharge, time to rethink the band, to tighten their bonds even further by isolating themselves for nearly a year in a house deep in the Picardy countryside. It was this new place and the daily contemplation of nature that gave rise to this new transformation of the band. A new album driven by renewed instrumentation such as harp, folk guitar, pedal steel, and electronic craftsmanship in service of a dystopian tale, a quest for color in a world that has become pallid. So here at last is the return of Grand Blanc, on new territories they have patiently tamed, signed on their own label, the aptly named PARAGES.
