During the 1970s, the Kingdom of Morocco was not spared from the wave of rock and funk that swept across the world. From Casablanca to Tangier, from Marrakech to Rabat, nightclubs and concert halls hosted a good number of small, more or less amateur bands, some of which were catapulted onto the international stage like "Golden Hands."
