Gnaw Their Tongues is the experimental musical project launched by Dutch multi-instrumentalist and composer Maurice de Jong. After a period of hiatus (he was involved in other musical projects, such as De Magia Veterum, Aderlating, Seirom, and Cloak Of Altering), he is releasing new material under the name GTT; (such as the split-LP "Rituel Des Ancetres" with Deha on Roadburn Records recently) a return to the sound of previous recordings: heavy, slow drums, hypnotic doomy drones, and earthquake basses. The sound of the damned being dragged to hell. Italian sludge doomsters Sator are releasing two new space anthems celebrating their heritage and the opportunity for this collaboration; two tracks of heavy and freaky music, blending doom, kraut-rock, post-metal, and psychedelic sludge. Expect to be crushed by heavy riffs, then lifted by space jams!
