With Forever, Glyders finally brings to fruition a sound they've been dreaming of for years. Formed in 2014 by guitarist and singer Joshua Condon and bassist Eliza Weber, the trio solidified with the arrival of drummer Joe Seger, completing a chemistry that resonates in every song. After touring the United States and Europe, the band transforms their road experiences into a vibrant album, where shared energy and camaraderie give each riff and groove a communicative depth and vitality. The album opens with "Super Glyde," a humid and flamboyant blues rock in three waves of raw energy, followed by tracks like "Hard Ride" and "New Realm," which combine a psychedelic spirit with controlled tension. Songs like "Tell Me About the Rabbit," the first written by the complete trio, breathe life and continue to grow with each listen. Glyders draws from a rich rock heritage – from Creedence Clearwater Revival to T. Rex or Leon Russell – to craft powerful and melodic songs like "Moon Eyes" and "Thousand Miles." Recorded at Studio “G” in Chicago and mixed by Cooper Crain at Sweat Loge Studios, Forever captures the warmth and details of real life. Between raw power and contemplative moments, the 37-minute album can be listened to in one go, before going back for a second round. With this first true collective effort, Glyders asserts its identity and offers a glimpse of a promising sonic horizon – Forever is just the beginning.
