Through this album, Giovanni Falzone and his label CAM Jazz wanted to attempt the experience of original and uncompromising jazz, with an original and unexpected instrumental line-up (trumpet, accordion, trombone, bass, drums, and electronic music). During this hour of pure musical exploration, the six instruments find themselves, get lost, and find each other again, forming multiple harmonic combinations, between strength and vibrations. The Italian trumpeter proves once again in this record that he has found his path as an instrumentalist. He possesses enormous technique but does not display it excessively. He explores all the sound possibilities that his trumpet can offer him, the most academic (use of tongue technique) as well as the most trendy (breath and voice playing) but never as a gimmick or a means of showcasing.
