To celebrate the 20th anniversary of their cult album Version 2.0, the band announces its reissue Garbage is proud to announce the release of the "20th anniversary" edition of their legendary album Version 2.0. This reissue consists of the original album in its entirety but also includes ten bonus tracks, including B-sides from that era. Upon its release in May 1998, Version 2.0 debuted at number one on the album charts and was certified double platinum in the UK with over 500,000 sales. Worldwide, more than 4 million copies have been sold. This album was also nominated for four Grammy Awards, including Album of the Year, and three MTV Europe Awards. Five tracks made it into the top 20 in the UK, including 'Push It' and 'I Think I'm Paranoid'. Shirley Manson recently won the prestigious 'Icon' award from NME. A beautiful tribute to one of the pioneers and great provocateurs in the history of rock, which once again demonstrates Garbage's impact on the alternative and mainstream rock landscape.
