From recordings made in 1947 by the exceptional 17-year-old talent to those of Mozart in 1999, the collection covers a repertoire ranging from his favorite composers, Bach, Mozart and Beethoven, to Chopin, Schubert, Schumann, Debussy, Ravel and Strauss, but also jazz and Gulda's own compositions, including many previously unreleased on CD.
